BEWARE. Check out all the complaints and the "F" rating from the better business bureau on Chuck Vaughn, The Balloon Man. He will take your deposit, and NEVER give you a ride. He will site safety, primarily wind speed, but you check the same measurements on legitimate weather sites like NOAA.GOV and the weather meets all the specification he sites even on his own web site. He has been sued numerous times and lost. DONT BE HIS NEXT VICTIM.

This has been a very negative experience and I would highly recommend NOT using his services. Refund request take 8-12 weeks??? Service and follow up are sub par at best. Communication is just not there. Please read before deciding to pay your money. I have now been waiting for almost 4 months.
